Wellbeing for 2021 through Zoom
The Village Hall trustees are pleased to announce that with some of the remaining Sport England grant money, we are going to run two online Wellbeing courses! These will run for one hour a week for 6 weeks and would be particularly suitable for the over 55s (although anyone is of course welcome!).
We feel this would be a great way to put 2020 behind us and develop personal strategies to empower us to make the very most of 2021. See below for the outline of the two courses on offer.
